Q: A caller already went through the travel consultation and they have their vaccine appointment booked - caller decided they want to proceed with the other vaccines suggested (that she declined). Do we need admin to follow up? Part 2 of this question is, if TB was one of the suggestions that she declined our team would just proceed to book that correct? - choose the same time slot or close to and ensuring it's at a clinic that provides that service.
A: If a caller changes her/his mind regarding a specific vaccine, please have her email us at info@travelvax.ca with her name and the date of consultation and we will modify the order.
For TB skin test - team can book a separate appointment close to their vaccination appointment. Hopefully the available slot will be right before or after the vaccination appointment.
