Q: What if I know which vaccines I need; Do I need a travel Consulation?
A: If you know which vaccines you need and do not require any recommendations or medications, you can book directly online for "vaccination appointment" at one of our clinics! No Travel Consultation needed! You can book your vaccine appointment online at one of our travel clinics. To do that, just click on book your appointment on the top right-hand side of the homepage and select “vaccine appointment” from the drop-down menu.
We will skip the verification part, except a couple of live vaccines, most vaccines are safe to be administered to individuals. Our onsite nurses are trained to make the assessment for vaccine safety. So for the individuals who know what vaccines they need ( not oral RX medicines), they can skip the consultation/assessment part and just come directly to the appointment.
Please note we are unable to provide vaccine recommendations or travel medicines on-site. Please book a virtual travel consultation if you are unsure of the vaccines or require travel medications for your trip. Please note that with this service, we will not be able to provide prescriptions for antimalarial or high-altitude sickness medications.
Notes for the Virtual receptionist: the only publicly-funded vaccinations that we provide are MMR and Td-adsorbed, all other vaccines are private pay. If a person is eligible for private pay vaccines, then they have to pay.
