Q: Caller asks for a specific vaccine
A: Our clinics carry all the private travel and non-travel vaccinations available in Canada, and we also have some of the routine publicly-funded vaccinations ( only MMR and Tetanus-diphtheria). See Pricelist in connector. If we do not carry a specific vaccine that is requested please make a note to the team. Excluding flu and covid vaccines (we do not carry those) let caller know you dont see it available but you will send a note to the team. If we carry it then we will connect
