We do not provide routine childhood vaccinations but we offer travel immunization and medications to children over the age of 4. Although we offer publicly funded vaccines (such as MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)) Vaccination and tetanus) we are a private clinic that offers vaccines for travel purposes therefore a cost is associated. They can always go to their family doctor and physicians to get the publicly-funded vaccines.
All patients must be at least 4 years of age. If parents are interested in obtaining travel vaccinations for their children, it is essential that their children are up-to-date with their routine childhood vaccinations. They can then receive their travel immunizations from us. However, if they need one or more routine childhood vaccinations in addition to travel vaccines, they should consult their family doctors or health unit to ensure their children are current with their shots.
Caller could also receive their routine childhood vaccinations from either their family physicians or the public health.
